The employment for college students is a topic concerned on the whole society. How to deal with the severe employment situation to promote maximum employment for college students becomes a major event in our political and social life. The trend of flat organizations triggered the emergence of boundless management in the modern enterprise. Under such circumstances, the safe employment mode characterized by the employees’ loyalty to the employer is not trustworthy any more. In order to explore how to be employed and the source of power that supports the career development of the college students, this thesis studies the concept, structure and measurement of employability, the factors that influence career success and the relation between employability and career success with college students as the subjects from the perspective of boundless career development.At first, this dissertation reviews the relative boundaryless career, employability and career success theory. And then, we analyse the theoretical framework and the effect mechanism of the college students’ employability in the era of boundaryless career, putting it well on the construct of college students’ employability, come up with hypotheses and data analysis. This dissertation extracts the initial index of college students’ employment ability in the era of boundaryless career with interview and literature statistics method. On this basis, this dissertation produces the questionnaire of college students’ employment ability in the era of boundaryless career. Through the exploratory factor analysis of the data, it builds the model of the college students’ employability in the era of boundaryless career. This model includes 4 dimensions: professional knowledge and skills, personal adaptability, career identity and social capital. On this basis, this dissertation analyse the relationship between demographic variables and the college students’employability in the era of boundaryless career.On the basis of this model, this paper probes into the relationship between the college students’employability and career success.Results below: firstly, it has the positive relationship of college students’ employability and career success in the era of boundaryless career. Secondly, professional knowledge and skills, personal adaptability, career identity and social capital have direct or indirect positive prediction effect with career success.The relationship between the college students’ employability and career success is influenced by intermediate variable. This paper analyse the mediating effect of self-effieacy and moderating effect of personal traits. Accorrding to the survey of college students, studies on the mediating effect of self-effieacy between college students’ employability and career success show that college students’ employability predict self-effieacy and career success. Self-effieacy mediates significantly in correlation between college students’ employability and career success.At last, on the basic of the concept of scientific career success, and based on the analysis of demand of the society and the situation of contemporary college students, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions in order to improve the contemporary college students’ employability. At the same time, this paper also points out that how to establish correct occupation idea of success, and implement occupation successful strategy from the four dimensions:family, school, enterprise, government.
