As an indispensable part of college education, experiment teaching serves the functions of cultivating students'hands-on capability, developing their ability to discover, analyze and solve problems, fostering their scientific thinking and spirit of innovation. In college experiment teaching, it should be attached importance to improving teaching assessment which facilitates teaching procedure and students'learning. Nowadays, in the experiment teaching evaluation, a large number of relative researches have been carried out in depth in the field of evaluating teachers, while the researches on the design of the index to assess learning are far too deficient. Therefore, the author makes a research in the learning assessment system in college experiment teaching evaluation, and establishes a set of learning assessment index system of college experiment teaching evaluation, which includes three dimensions:teacher-assessment; students' self-assessment; students'peer-assessment. Besides, the author also develops teaching assessment system in B/S framework with the help of computer technology.The research consists of three parts. In the first part, the author adopts documentary study and research study to lay out the current situations and problems of the learing assessment in college experiment teaching. In the second part, the author designs teaching assessment index system by analyzing key elements. Meanwhile, questionnaires are handed out to teachers and students to find out their opinions and suggestions. After analyzing the data, the author revises the index and designs the second questionnaire to comfirm the final learning assessment index system. What's more, the author also ascertains the weight value of each index by consultating the front-line teachers specializing in experiment teaching. In the third part, the author establishes a set of learning assessment system of college experiment teaching, which simplifies assessment procedure, solves the problems of complicated calculation, increases the efficiency of assessment. The system consists of three modules:system management, teaching resources management, and score management.With the help of the research, the learning assessment index system is estabished, which provides clues for reference to improve the reliability and validity of learning assessment. With the system, students can inquire about their assessment grades and their experiment grades, which contributes to making them draw upon one another's strong points and make up for each other's deficiencies. By using teacher-assessment, students'self-assessment, and students' peer-assessment, students'principle status is highlighted, and their learning initiatives are inspired, and their well-rounded development can be achieved.
