The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Environment And Entrepreneurial Motivation

Entrepreneurial motivation is a driving force,to drive college students to conduct the entrepreneurial activity,so to make the entrepreneurial activity to walk toward their desired direction.Entrepreneurial environment is all external environment faced by college students,which is a collection of all factors which are the impact on entrepreneurial activity of college students.This paper studies the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial motivations,to provide some reference to government policy now and universities,in order to better promote more students to start up business.Taking Guangzhou college students as the research object,through researches on entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial motivation research,we will divide entrepreneurial environment into administrative environment,education and training environment,financial support environmental and socio-cultural environment.According to Maslow's hierarchy theory,we will divide entrepreneurial motivation into the life style motivation,affect style motivation and spirit style motivation,so we make hypotheses and theoretical models of this article.Through the survey,the paper collected 198 valid data,using SPSS19.0 software for data collected to make a sample basic information analysis and descriptive statistics analysis,then to make validity analysis,principal component analysis,reliability analysis to the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship motivation scale,on this basis to make correlation analysis,regression analysis,which proves the hypothesis proposed in this paper,the following conclusions is:(1)Entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation.(2)The administrative environment and socio-cultural environment have a significant positive effect on the life style motive.Education and training environment and financial support environment do not have a significant positive effect on the life style motive.(3)Only the social and cultural environment has a significant positive effect on affect style motivation.And administrative?education and training and financial support environment do not have a significant positive effect on affect style motivation.(4)The education and training of environmental and socio-cultural environment have a significant positive effect on spirit style motivation.Administrative and financial support environment for mental motivation do not have a significant positive effect on spirit style motivation.
