Our Continuing Education System Construction Of Vocational Education Teachers

In order to develop vocational education, there must be an integrated high quality, reasonable structure, to adapt to the development of vocational education teachers. Teachers are the most basic construction to improve the quality of vocational education in our country, the fundamental guarantee for the development of vocational education in the capital, but also the development of our country and accelerate the socio-economic basis for economic development. All along, our continuing education system of vocational education teachers fostered large numbers of qualified teachers, it played an important role in a long period of time. With the development of society, vocational education is confronted with much larger developing space, but the closed-door, imperfect continuing education system of vocational education teachers can not meet the demands of vocational education development.
