In order to develop vocational education, there must be an integrated high quality, reasonable structure, to adapt to the development of vocational education teachers. Teachers are the most basic construction to improve the quality of vocational education in our country, the fundamental guarantee for the development of vocational education in the capital, but also the development of our country and accelerate the socio-economic basis for economic development. All along, our continuing education system of vocational education teachers fostered large numbers of qualified teachers, it played an important role in a long period of time. With the development of society, vocational education is confronted with much larger developing space, but the closed-door, imperfect continuing education system of vocational education teachers can not meet the demands of vocational education development. The development of teacher's fostering in vocational education experiences a "bottleneck" period. A systematic, open, lifelong continuing education system of vocational education teachers is the general trend of the times, which is bound to the healthy development of vocational education.This paper is mainly used document method, historical method, systems analysis method and compare method. The first part of this paper is introduction, the research background, literature review, research significance, research ideas and methods is given a basic description. The second part, according to the vocational teacher status and the status of teacher training, does a summary of the existing problems, it leads to the requirements of building a new continuing education system of vocational education teachers. The third part, on the studies of continuing education system of vocational education teachers, including teacher training, adult education, self-education three parts, the author focused on the remarkable achievements and some problems. With the problems of the previous two parts, the fourth part is Targeted to make a comparative analysis of continuing education system of vocational education teachers of some foreign countries, and learned from the advanced experiences of theirs. The fifth part, learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, in connection with domestic realities, the author discussed the basis, principles, goal of continuing education system, and proposed the conditions to ensure and key measures of improved continuing education system of vocational education teachers.This article is from the macro-innovation made by a number of measures in order to build a improved continuing education system of vocational education teachers, not only the needs of vocational teachers and vocational institutions their own efforts, but also the Supports of community and the government's macro-policies to protected by. Only the internal and external environment both have to adapt in order to create a high-quality development of vocational education teachers. It is hoped that this article has some of practical and specific help to the construction of vocational education teachers, and to the lack of vocational education system some extent.
