With the completely advance of teacher's continuing education in primary and middle school, the work of management of continuing education also becomes more and more complex and heavy. So the scientific and effective mode of continuing educational management is very necessary to take on this important historical assignment.The aim to research the mode of management of the teacher's continuing education in primary and middle school is to develop the management of the teacher's continuing education in primary and middle school perfectly, to serve our basic education more perfectly, so, researching how to construct the mode of management of the teacher's continuing education in primary and middle school, it has great significance.
