The reform of National College Entrance Examination is always a hot topic in China. Since reopening in 1977. the reform of college entrance examination has never stopped. The responsibility of high school education has been changing with the changing of social environment, the updating of the knowledge and the improvement of quality of the people. Shift high school education from a fow people from the elite-oriented education to public education for all students. In order to adapt to quality oriented education and bring up creative talents, the present curriculum system should be reformed undoubtedly. High school education is significant to one's development and the future of a country. High school students should pay attention to foster personal interest, learning methods and abilities to study independently. National College Entrance Examination should be changed as the test of the senior secondary education.Beginning in September 2004. the new course of high school started to carry out in Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan and Ningxia. The reform of college en-trance examination becomes the focus once again. In a recent circular, the min-istry of education called on primary and middle schools across the country to attach great importance to the education for students'all-round development. But examination-oriented education which leads to the education in senior sec-ondary education is still carrying out at some areas. Therefore, the reform of National College Entrance Examination is significant to one's development.The current National College Entrance Examination is good. But it still need to change. In this paper, we review the reform of the national college entrance and the course of high school, discus the differences between Chinese and foreign National College Entrance Examination. We analyze the current college entrance examination, and discover some some problems. Based on these problems, we give some suggestions as follows:Firstly, in the content of examinations, we propose that according to the given read materials or examples, answer some question (sec∮5.1). Those question examines student's standpoint and method in examining, solving, reasoning and summarizing problems.Secondly, the current exam is carried out digitally. We propose that Candi-date will be ask for an interview to examine the comprehensive quality evaluation of students.Thirdly, in China one will be accepted by a institution when his total mark is more1 than the passing marks for admission. We propose that each subject have; a minimum passing marks for admission. One will be accepted by a institution when his total mark and each subject arc all more than the passing marks for admission.
