Along with the country to "three agriculture" value, the rural education is paid attention day by day. The majority of young students in our country are studying in the rural primary and secondary schools. In order to improve our young people's overall physique health standard in our country, the countryside middle and elementary schools are the extremely important part. As an important discipline in the middle and elementary schools, sport is an indispensable method in strengthening the young people physique and raising their will. The PE teachers in the countryside primary and secondary schools are executors of rural physical education. They are guiders of students to exercise correctly and scientifically and raise the students' physical training consciousness. Their good comprehensive quality is the foundation of high quality physical education. As a result of factors in geographical environment, economy restrictions and so on, development environment and the condition of countryside elementary and middle schools in Heze are quite weak opposite in the Shandong coast developed area. In order to respond "the school sports work shifts with emphasis to the countryside and the weak area", PE teachers'working state to the rural primary and secondary schools in Heze is studied thorough and comprehensively. On the basic of analyzing the questions which exist in the state, development countermeasures are further explored for improving PE teachers' comprehensive quality and stimulating their work enthusiasm. The aim is providing the reference for the rural elementary and middle schools'sports development.Investigated and interviewed the rural elementary and middle schools'PE teachers of Caoxian and Juye in Heze, the author discovered the following problems. First, PE teachers'situation of self-satisfaction of the rural primary and secondary schools is not high in Heze.Second, PE teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools are provided insufficiency in Heze. The overall men and women teachers'proportion is unbalanced. The middle school female gym instructor lacks.Third, many of PE teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools in Heze are young. Their teaching senority is mainly below ten years. Remarkable difference is existed among PE teachers with the disparity in age and the self-evaluation.Fourth, many of PE teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools in Heze are primarily junior college education qualification and middle ranks. Remarkable difference is existed among PE teachers with the disparity in education qualification and the ranks.Fifth, there is significant difference of self-evaluation among PE teachers who are working in different types of schools and teaching students in different segments of rural primary and secondary schools in Heze.Sixth, The phenomenon which PE teachers exceed class hour or does not attain a designated standard is serious in rural primary and secondary schools of Heze.Seventh, for PE teachers of the countryside elementary and middle schools in Heze, their specialization degree is not high, the concurrent job phenomenon is common. Eighth, PE teachers'social standing is relatively low, and their income is not high. According to the investigation, the author proposes following countermeasures:First, we should sparkplug new social ideas and respect PE teachers' industrious work.Second, consummate division and income system of PE teachers and safeguard PE teachers'rights.Third, school leaders should optimize the teachers'structure and establish the good working conditions for PE teachers.Fourth, it is should be attached importance to enlarge funds and consummate countryside elementary and middle schools sports facilities by multi-channel.Fifth, consummate teachers'excitation mechanism, and solve the difficult problems for PE teachers'professional ranks and titles etc..Sixth, enhance the quality of continuing education and improve the PE teachers' specialization quality.
