From a practical point of view, although the college ranks for the instructor gradually pay attention to it, but the number of college counselors across the country is still insufficient and fail to get the ratio of 1:200 set by the state, coupled with the university expansion policy bring college students increases, the number of instructors have brought more and more lacking; counselors professional standards are not high, the selection has not been given attention mechanism; counselors dedicated situation is not ideal, ideology is not stable enough, the lack of professionalism and so on. From the theoretical and practical point of view, the work of college counselors for students with profound implications for life, counselors determine the level of the level of the students they train future development, sustainable development of higher education must be to train generations of excellent successor, instructors in the special role of universities in the determined counselors also need to consider long-term and sustainable development to ensure the conduct of higher education, which determines the establishment and improvement of university instructors pressing long-term mechanism .
