Research On The Long Term Mechanism Of College Students’ Volunteer Service In Public Crisis Management

In the context of frequent public crises,college students’ volunteer service plays an irreplaceable role in public crisis management.College students’ volunteers and organizations have gradually become an important force in preventing,coping with and dealing with public crises,and an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As a social welfare activity,university student volunteer service can be initiated and participated by university student volunteers,which can not only prevent the occurrence of public crisis,but also reduce the cost of public crisis management,and thus enhance citizens’ awareness of social participation.College students participating in volunteer service is not only an important manifestation of social civilization,but also can eliminate the sense of alienation between people,enhance the interaction and care between people,and then cultivate positive social emotions.In recent years,the voluntary service of college students in China has achieved remarkable results,and the voluntary service mechanism of college students is also in the process of gradually building and improving,but it also has the characteristics of temporary and sudden,which requires the long-term mechanism of college students’ voluntary service to be constantly improved in practice.In combination with the Marxist theory of human sociality,the Chinese Communist Party’s idea of volunteer service,collaborative governance and other relevant theories,this paper uses interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out an empirical analysis of college students’ volunteer service mechanism in the current stage of public crisis management.This paper mainly discusses the relevant basis,concept definition,current situation of volunteer service mechanism,existing problems and long-term mechanism optimization path of college students’ volunteer service in the process of public crisis management,and carries out in-depth analysis.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the research background,research status,research methods,research value and innovation points of this subject.In the second chapter,the author mainly expounds the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and analyzes the necessity of optimizing the long-term mechanism of college students’ volunteer service in public crisis management.The third chapter summarizes the advantages and requirements of the long-term mechanism construction of college students’ participation in volunteer service in public crisis management.Chapter four analyzes the concrete situation of the long-term mechanism of college students’ volunteer service in public crisis management,and understands its achievements and existing problems;In Chapter five,this part puts forward suggestions to optimize the basic concept and four aspects of the long-term mechanism of college students’ volunteer service,so as to put forward the actual construction path.
