The object of the thesis is vocational and technical college teachers, discussing the working satisfactory structure and working satisfactory status in vocational and technical college.Chapter One is the introduction part introducing the background of selecting the topic, the contents, technical path, the result and the outline of the thesis. Chapter Two mainly tells the characters and existing problems. Chapter Three gives the definition of working satisfactory degree, working satisfactory degree structure abroad and domestic, the research on influencing factors, the research on job satisfactory degree abroad and domestic and the significance of the researches. All these are the theory basis of the thesis.Chapter Four is the research design, including research object, instrument and questionnaire and so on. The research compiled a questionnaire of teachers job satisfactory in Baotou Light Industry Vocational Technical College based on the literature review. Take Baotou Light Industry Vocational Technical College as a case study, it investigated the present teachers using the questionnaire. Chapter Five is analysis towards the questionnaire of teachers'job satisfactory. This chapter is the most important part. Chapter Six is the discussion and result part. Based on the analysis of job satisfactory degree, telling different personal background factors have different influences on the working satisfactory degree. Finally, according to the result, it put forward corresponding suggestions and references.
