Young college teachers as the main body of university teachers, Is the main force of university construction and development, the backbone of social development, Their professional well-being is not only about themselves but also about the future of students and school well-being and healthy development. In this study, the theory of happiness based on , By reference to previous information and reference of the study prepared on the basis of a young teacher professional well-being questionnaire, and 121 young university teachers to do a survey, the main conclusions are as follows:Occupational well-being of young college teachers in general is not optimistic Young Teachers in Career Happiness seven dimensions (job itself, salary treatment, relationships, effectiveness, emotion work, work environment, physical health), the treatment of an impact on salary occupational well-being of young college teachers were the primary factors.The gender variable, the female teachers than male teachers, more experienced professional well-being;Young University to experience the teaching profession more professional well-being of the age focus on 36-40 years old, well-being the lowest for the 31-35 age group;From the academic point of view, higher education, the lower the well-being, lower education, higher happiness;Judging from the title, position the lower the occupational well-being of young teachers in the lower; title of the higher happiness of young teachers in higher vocational ;From the nature of the school point of view, young teachers in public schools than private schools, professional well-being of young teachers, professional well-being;The course of the work of young university teachers more happiness length of teaching focused on: the work of 10-15 years and 5-10 years of work, work history, the most unhappy period for more than 15 years seniority and length of service for the 1 - 5 years young teachers;From different positions on the work, and obtains professional well-being of teaching staff was higher than for teaching, tutoring staff.Through the analysis of investigation results, this paper put forward the following countermeasures: Establish scientific and reasonable remuneration system; to establish an effective incentive mechanism for young university teachers; the establishment of differentiated teacher evaluation system; attention to young university teachers of pre-job training and follow-up training work; to create a relaxed and harmonious working environment; reshape education faith, the pursuit of career happiness; enhance teaching exercise at the same time to participate in research activities; learn to control stress, improve the ability of anti setback. Hope that these measures can help young university teachers occupational well-being improved.
