The teaching process is the one of both teachers and students to grow anddevelop together. In the teachers’ entire career lives, the teachers’ professionaldevelopments are to be obtained the relevent heoretical knowledge and teaching skillsby peofessional training, and to upgrade their ideology and business levelidependently in the teaching process, and then to be a professional teaching expertgradually. In the teachers’ growing process, teachers’ occupational well-being andprofessional development are mutual restraint andmutually reinforcing. Therefore,occupational well-being is not only an important part in the teachers’ professionallives, but also an important factor affecting their lives and the quality of work. Thestudy try to use questionnaire, interviews,literature reference and other researchmethods synthetically, and then to obtain the urrent situation of the young teachers’occupational well-being. On this basic, we can propose some methods and measuresto improve the young teachers’ occupational well-being in vocational college.The study is based on the related theory on occupational well-being, I work out aquestionnaire about the young teachers’ occupational well-being in vocational collegeaccording to make references and learn from the previous researches. I make areasearch on120young teachers in A Vocational Technical College, the mainconclusions are as follows: The young teachers’ occupational well-being in vocationalcollege is so-so, they need to be improved. There are eight dimensionalities in theyoung teachers’ occupational well-being in vocational college. They are: interpersonalrelationships, college management, working conditions, wages, occupational stress,teacher evaluation, growing up platform and, value realization. Teacher evaluation isthe primary factor in the young teachers’ occupational well-being in vocationalcolleges. Finally we’ll make suggestions to improve the young teachers’ occupationalwell-being in vocational colleges.The article consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainlyintroduce research background, significance, literature review, the main contect of theresearch, the definition and the research methors. The second part is a survey research on the young teachers’ occupational well-being in a vocational technical colleges. Inthis part, I mainly adopt the research methors include research and sample design,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. To analyze the basic characteristics ofthe survey sample. The third part is a interview research on the young teachers’occupational well-being in a vocational technical colleges.The fourth part is themeasures to improve the young teachers’ occupational well-being in vocationalcolleges. We mainly analysis from eight aspects. The fifth part is the conclusion andthe outlook.
