Vocational education takes a very important role in current education system. The study of occupational plight for teachers in vocational school is very important and helpful.While young teachers have a decisive role for the development of vocational education. In order to get a good occupation development, Young teachers must face the dilemma and find the best solution. The study on the occupational plight for teachers in vocational colleges will help to enhance the education system development and also help vocational education, the study will help to find the solution for occupational plight for teachers in vocational colleges. We will seek the method to solve occupation plight and setup the ways to solve the dilemma of young teachers. Our study will become a theoretical basis for the development of vocational education and will help vocational education to be more successful.Vocational schools is a very important session in current education system. The young teacher is the strategic stakeholders of vocational school. Therefore, to help vocational school young teachers out of occupation plight will help the development of the vocational school and even the entire education system. The vocational school teachers in the sample school were interviewed face to face and questionnaires. According to the results of the survey, the root causes of vocational school young teacher occupation plight mainly from three aspects: school, society and individual teachers. According to the survey results and the reasons of young teachers in vocational schools on the basis of occupation plight, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to break the plight of young teachers in vocational school occupation were put forward from the three dimensions of school, social and personal. In particular, to improve the vocational school environment and conditions for young teachers; establish and improve relevant systems of vocational school teacher’s professional development. To encourage young teachers to improve their own occupation career planning and management; Build the good social atmosphere of vocational school teacher’s professional development is the main way to crack the young teachers plight of vocational school.
