| Teachers'pay system being a difficulty and a stress in compulsory education has not been regulated rationally and fairly for many years. Teachers'pay are evaluated by students'test scores, teachers'qualifications and experience for a long time. Some bad phenomenon have been caused, for example teachers simply focusing on students'test scores, making students reciting knowledge in books without understanding, only take account of good students, only emphasizing subjects included in national examinations. By doing so, it will go against the tenet of compulsory education of china. Students can not master learning ability, and can not make any improvement.It is known that compulsory education in the UK is developed. One of the reasons for that is its innovation in education. Especially in recent years teachers'performance pay has been implemented. Ever since after many times'modifying and improvement, teachers'performance pay has become regulated, fully supported, fairly implemented. Based on literature analysis this research investigates teachers'performance pay in compulsory education in UK in 5 aspects: the background and status of teachers'performance pay system; the statutory document for teachers'performance pay system; the institutions and funding for teachers'performance pay system; the implementation of teachers'performance pay system; the influence of teachers'performance pay system. The research draw on some conclusions: teachers'pay and income have been increase largely; teachers have more development stages; clear aims can make teachers work enthusiastically; students'development can be promoted; the fairness and equilibrium in compulsory education can be caused.According to these research conclusions, the researcher proposes four suggestions. Firstly our country should set up law for teachers'performance pay in compulsory education. Secondly we should set up management institutions. Thirdly our country should guarantee funding. Fourthly we should build stages and levels for teachers'performance pay in compulsory education. Fifthly our country should establish feasible and operable practice regulations for teachers'performance pay in compulsory education.
