Ocean University Of China Dormitory Management System Design And Operation Of Quality Management System Import Item

Referring to theory and method of Program Management and Quality Management, taking full consideration of document analysis, case analysis and comparative study, and thinking of OUC DMS QMS Import Item as the study object, this article made intensive and meticulous analysis and research on the design, import, operation of OUC DMS QMS Import Item. We hope to be of reference help for other universities applying DMS QMS in future and promote the all-round development of China's higher education.As for the feasibility, with analysis of ISO9001 criterion, dormitory management theory and project management theory and consideration of current situation of OUC dormitories, overall objective and basic requirement of DMS QMS Import Item have been enacted, laying great foundation for its operation.When it comes to the design of dormitory quality management system, we plan to analyze basic content of dormitory management and influencing factors of dormitory management quality, take full consideration of students and parents requirements on dormitory quality management, refer to relative laws and regulations, see students as focus of attention and then work out quality policy and quality objectives which are suitable to students'practice and beneficial to management and service. By defining customers and products in dormitory quality management and interpreting eight quality management principles, we make systematic analysis of QMS from four aspects, and that is management responsibility in dormitories, resources arrangement, implement of products and measure, analysis and improvement, which act as the four fundamental elements in dormitory quality management system. With respect to the import of dormitory quality management system, management responsibility, resources arrangement, implement of products and measure, analysis and improvement are the four main processes, which is under the rule of quality management. At the same time, some links which should be under emphatically control in constructing DMS QMS are proposed. And they are link of service, link of management, link of development and link of purchase.As to operation, function conditions, function procedure and function guarantee are the three main elements supporting the system.
