The Exploration And Practice Of Regular High School Class Construction In The Background Of New Courses

The construction of a harmonious society requires that new courses should be based on all students'healthy growth and promote the overall quality of the education. The class is primary organizations of school education. The process of class construction has a direct impact on the education function and the all-round and harmonious development in students'physical and mental health. From the concept of harmony and according to the requirements of new courses, the article analyzes the current situation and its causes of class construction in Jiang Yan urban ordinary secondary school, summarizes the unharmonious factors and exposes many problems that are yet to be solved in class construction. After my practical research, I conclude that only when class construction takes the road of harmonious development can education adapt to the present social situation and create the talents of all-round and harmonious development that the society needs. We should provide a harmonious class environment for students'healthy growth on the three principles of equality and love, comprehensive motivation and systematic cooperation. Besides, I have put forward five ways to construct a harmonious class in the article: updating head teachers'educating policy, improving head teachers'communicating skills, perfecting the educating environment of a class and building a harmonious relationship in a class.
