Analysis Of Employment Problem Of Vocational College Graduates And The Solutions

Students employment is one of the core contents of Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College in the course of running school. While the pressure of employment has been increasing, it is the emphasis to maintain high rate and improve the quality of employment. Through surveys and students interviews, this article based on the analyses of overall employment condition of students suggests that it should be work together to enhance the level of employment from two aspects of the college and students.
