Firstly, let's look around the change of mobile population in China. Nationwide, with the reform and opening and the accelerated process of urbanization, the number of our mobile population is getting larger and larger. Nanjing, as the provincial capital city of Jiangsu Province, with the implementation of Cross-River development and the new city construction strategic direction of Jiangbei, has a large number of floating population influx in Jiangbei district. They present the form of family inflow. The implementation of China's new education policy for the migrants'children also accelerates these children's attending to public schools. And these migrant children's education in public schools is paid more and more attentionTaking Fuxing primary school, Pukou, Nanjing as an example, the percentage of migrant children number in 2002 was 25.6% while in 2009 it has increased to 63.8%, the students'number has almost doubled over the past few years. Obviously, these special education groups will append some specific contents in school education.This study takes Pukou Fuxing primary school as an example and research social supports to migrant children of rural public schools by using literature, interview, questionnaire method and other methods. This study concerns about the migrant children from city core area public schools to the marginal area rural public schools. This study also expands the aspects of Migrant Children because City public schools and rural public schools have differences to some extent, and these two groups'children are different. From a regional overall status study to the school case study, it demonstrates the social support issues of migrant children in rural public primary schools by giving a lot of cases and interviews. The research analyzes the present situations of the case school's Migrant Children on society, school, family and individual support as well as the social supportability by considering grade and gender differences. Thus, this essay has proposed the reasonable countermeasure on solving the social supports of public school Migrant Children from four dimensions, which are constructing government, community, individual support system as well as other support system.
