"Population" is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.Migrant children are a product of the rapid development of Chinese society.Compulsory education for migrant children is also a topic that everyone is most concerned about.This article uses City F,located in the edge of urbanization,as an example to explore the various social service systems that fail to take into account the characteristics of the mobile population in F towns during the implementation of the compulsory education policy for mobile children.Some parents of migrant children faced the situation of public primary schools enrolling migrant children with a degree balance,and their children still flowed into private primary schools,which put pressure on the poor families.In order to promote migrant children to enjoy equal compulsory education in the inflow areas,social workers have broken through the closedness of the social service system during the implementation of migrant children's school enrollment policies and entered various subsystems to help migrant parents acquire the skills to obtain migrant children's school policy information;assist schools Publicity of migrant children's enrollment policy;social workers linked village committees to implement the management of migrant population;and finally assist more migrant children to get the opportunity to enter public primary schools.
