With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization processin our country, the scale of the rural migrant workers continue to expand.And its structure also has a significant change, more and more people arescattered by the past mode of ‘single out’ changes into a ‘familymigration’, which presents the familial flow trend. After more than tenyears, the phenomenon of population flowing last huge number ofsecond-generation immigrants have emerged.2001document issued by thestate council required to flow into the regional government managementwho were given priority, mainly full-time public primary and middleschools, the ‘two priority’ policy for solving the problem of compulsoryeducation of the rural migrant workers’ children. In January2003, thestate council general office issued a notice that defined the governmentreceives to enrol the children who are the rural migrant workers in localfull-time public primary and middle schools. In September at the sameyear, it promulgated by the general office of the state council, toemphasis on rural migrant workers’ children whose education was givenpriority to with full-time public elementary and middle schools. Opinionsissued by the state council in2006public schools were requested in theaspect of management and service fee for children of rural migrant workersequally. In2010our country carried out the policy of ‘two’ again.Data showed that rural migrant workers’ children in Shanghai publicschools that the proportion of children has reached70%,education andsocial integration with city of the rural migrant workers’ children hadbecome an urgent and important problem to solve.The education is the basic way to achieve social integration. Schoolsports is an important part of school education, the physical educationplay its important role in the social integration about promoting publicschool rural migrant workers’ children at present stage. Thus, thisarticle attempts from aspects of cultural conflicts between the childrenof rural migrant workers and local students, and analyzes the specificperformances of the cultural conflict in the school sports activities,and explores how to use the school sports to promote rural migrant workers’children to social integration.This paper by literature, questionnaire surveys,and mathematicalstatistics, mathematical statistics, logic and other research methods,investigate and analyse the current situation of the migrant children’sP.E. in Shanghai public schools, to explore the influential factors ofthe migrant children’s social integration and its specific performancein school sports activities, get the following conclusions:1The number of the migrant children accounted for about70%in thetotal public elementary and middle schools in Shanghai, most of them liketheir schools and Shanghai, and they hope can be accepted. 2The teachers in the total public elementary and middle schools aremostly undergraduate degree. Their workload are moderate, and PE teacherssatisfied. The addition of the migrant children didn’t give physicaleducation teachers more obvious burden. Teachers need to strengthen theskills of communication skills and classroom management ability. This isthe most important key for local students and children or wife in theelimination of social.3In the stadium, the equipment needs part, the stadium and theequipment are basically meet in the total public schools of ShangHai.However, there are still gaps.From the PE teachers’ reply that what needsto add, sports equipment and multi-media teaching facilities are stillgaps. On the issue of occupied sports teaching resources,most of localstudents did not think the migrant children occupied sports teachingresources.They shared teaching resources.4In the total public elementary and middle schools in ShanghaiTeaching Aim: master of sports knowledge, skills, to enhance students’physical fitness, To promote the all-round development of the body,Improve health and the ability to adapt to the environment,and cultivatethe awareness of life-long physical exercise. More than half of thephysical education teachers that Teaching objectives should according tothe actual situation of the migrant children clearly and explicit. Thiswill promote school integration and social integration of the migrantchildren.5All of the total public elementary and middle schools sportscurriculum materials used two curriculum textbooks,and the migrantchildren grasp content learned nearly with local students.most of totalpublic schools have their own school-based materials,and various forms.Most of total public schools think it’s better at spokenlanguage,wearing,attendance and classroom discipline by local studentand the migrant children.6The total public elementary and middle schools have more sportsteaching content,but less with rural characteristics projects. In splitclass side, the total public schools most of the mixed split class.From the local students and children or wife basic situation, the migrantchildren are short of base and life,habits, excellent at physical fitness,will quality, learning attitude and study habits. PE teachers accordingto this feature hierarchical teaching, compensatory education,cooperative learning, and the spirit of caring teaching methods.7The total public elementary and middle schools in Shanghai usingthe same evaluation criteria,a considerable part of the teachers believethat evaluate migrant children with differentiation, development.Thetotal public elementary and middle schools in Shanghai two operationsingle form and Content boring, the lack of students’ favorite items suchas aerobics.The migrant children are better than the local children by their wearing clothes,but worse by Chu Cao discipline.
