| After90years of the20th century,a trend of China’s massive migration has happened,called "family of migration" phenomenon,as a result,more and more migrant children followed their parents into the city,which makes the issue of compulsory education in China facing new challenges,in order to protect the rights of migrant children in compulsory education,improve the quality of education,"the two main",a policy framework about migrant children in compulsory education,established which clearly expressed that the city public schools should recuit migrant children,taking the responsibility of the settlement of migrant children to improve their social inclusion.However,as more and more migrant children cities entered city public schools, the differences within the school field increases.School’s fied characters have also quietly changed,for example,network of relationships within the school site,the ecological environment and so on. Migrant children will have some difficulties in inclusion within school field because of their differences in thinking,behavior way,value orientation,and many other reasons.In addition these differences would make migrant children’s lives out of urban public schools common tune and led them can not step into city school life. Folliowing is the migrant children coming into the urban public schools field.The theme is how to promote the migrant children in the new field-the city public schools to have a successful social inclusion,has become an important issue we must face to,and how to enhance its teacher-student interaction,peer group interaction,self-potential mining,raise the question of its adaptability,are also the important issues we should try to resolve.B Primary School,in Beijing,managered by government,is one of the schools receiving migrant children. This research field about the school field social inclusion of migrant children is divided into several areas to explore. Firstly, the author goes to the school field to observe the school field’s features and give a basic description,including migrant children social inclusion within the school field, and through a detailed description and analysis to find relationships.Secondly, the paper summarizes the difficulties in the school field’s social inclusion of migrant children.Further,through the professional social work, giving effective empowerment to the academic failure of migrant children to observe and explore the city public school field changes and analyze the changes will brought about what impracts on the promotion of migrant children’s social inclusion.Finally,this paper pointing to the results and findings of the survey gives a summary and analysis,puts forward some ideas to further improve the social inclusion of migrant children and discusses the shortcomings of this study. |
