Requirements of quality education in rural middle school students have higher information literacy, rural middle school students only receive appropriate information literacy education in order to better adapt to society too. The current imbalance in educational development in China, there has been a huge urban-rural differences and regional differences, education, environment is poor, lack of teaching resources in rural areas and other factors seriously restrict the development of information literacy education junior high school. Researchers need to understand the objective of rural junior high school students information literacy, analysis of information technology education problems, identify the information literacy education in rural middle school students in the course of the shortcomings and the reasons for, and then the actual situation of information literacy education in rural middle schools practical form, in order to further develop and improve rural middle school students in information literacy.By literature review, questionnaires, data analysis, identify problems, analyze the causes, methods of solutions for rural junior high school students information literacy education and the significance expounded analysis of information literacy education in rural junior high school situation, problems and roots. Mainly the survey method, information awareness, information, knowledge, information capacity and information about current moral four junior high school students in information literacy in rural areas the situation: the majority of rural junior high school students like information technology, lessons, there is good information awareness and use of information resources, strong desire, but by the school hardware, software and other factors, lack of restrictions on information technology, solid enough to grasp the basic knowledge, the information capacity by different degrees. Through data analysis, individual interviews and field visits, and gradually learned of the rural middle school students raise the level of information literacy causes, as well as information literacy education in rural middle school problems and shortcomings:⑴inadequate educational facilities for school information or use improper;⑵rural junior high school a small number of school teachers in information technology, job complexity, there is little exchange of learning opportunities, not devoted myself to teaching;⑶rural junior middle school information technology, lessons are not taken seriously, the school curriculum in information technology arbitrary large;⑷rural information technology, teaching junior high school deficiencies;⑸there are individual differences of students.Information technology, teaching students information literacy is the main channel of information technology for rural junior high school classroom teaching students information literacy education in the primary position. Article based on information technology, education, objective analysis of the causes, the subjective measures designed for the following practices:⑴teachers should change their ideas and positive action. Information technology teachers thinking of positioning accuracy, bearing in mind their jobs, to focus information technology into teaching, and actively participate in teaching and research activities to elevate their own qualities.⑵change teaching concepts, flexible use of various teaching strategies, optimizing classroom teaching, select a variety of teaching methods.⑶to traditional instructional design, cognitive constructivist teaching design to school-based instructional design and the "three five five" teaching strategies as the basis for the information technology classroom teaching practice case design.⑷to "Computer Configuration market research" and "Students eating survey" as an example to the living practice of design practice. In the process of teaching and social practice, students can continue to exercise and improve the collection of information, identification information, processing information, application information and other capabilities.
