Promoting the new curriculum for teachers to new requirements. As part of the curriculum, teachers ' professional level has a direct impact on the curriculum of the breadth and depth. Renewing and upgrading educating ability, changing education acts are teachers face priority. Therefore, the school-research base to address the University education of school-based research should be transported. It not only promote the further development of the curriculum, as well as a teaching and research in the history of the revolution, and gradually become teachers of the new era, a new kind of professional life, is the promotion of schools and teachers in an important way to double development. This paper by Hebei xingtai eight high school for a full understanding of the situation of school-based research, summary of school-based system, content, forms and other basic information, presented in accordance with local realities in education for their constructive comments.This paper has four parts:the first part is the ordinary high-school-theoretical basis and the value. Mainly on school-based research: constructivism, secondary education and adult education theory. And school-based educational research carried out by the value of the reform of teaching: conducive to sustainable development, facilitate the smooth implementation of the new curriculum comprehensively, facilitate the professional development of teachers, conducive to the development of independent schools.The second part is the high school-teaching and research activities in the overall practice of briefings and xingtai city school-based research activities case analysis. In an overview of the existing problems and experience, through field surveys in xingtai city, of the implementation of school-based curriculum, school-based research institution building, the content and form of the activities and results, summarized the development of school-based research, and data analysis.The third part is made of the findings of the needs analysis, from school-based educational content, form, activities and organizational outlines teachers on school-based selection of different needs.The fourth part of the General secondary school effective school-based activity.
