In the current social material civilization and spiritual civilization and the rapid development of cultural exchange between east and west, and the deepening of the background, art and related industry has achieved great development momentum. Social demand for art talent education foundation, the art of prosperity, art education is an important symbol of prosperity is the number of entrance examination in art. After years of development, education arts of art talent for the development of culture, and made great contribution to the global is a good external environment, and the fine arts education workers of hard work. However, with the increase of entrance examination pressure and the increasingly fierce competition in the teaching process, the short-term goals to appear, puffing. Some training organization for short-term interest, in the teaching process of drawing portraits from the art education seriously the inherent requirement of students for a long time, the mold, the passive education, students mechanized completely autonomous learning ability, and finally lost painting personality, consciously or unconsciously in accordance with other predefined patterns, gradually into the error. This topic from two aspects of theory and practice more and more focused on the research and analysis of time, from the analysis of character portraits of students psychological activities and characterization of the spirit, enhances the student to depict character portraits of both form and process capability, and based on the working practice, try for application in art creation course of teaching methods and evaluation, and combining with the teaching practice, and discusses the specific case, for the fine arts education workers provide certain perceptual materials and reasoning. The results show that the plan and purpose, through professional training system, the students' learning initiative and professional standards have obvious progress.
