Recently, for many Art colleges and universities have expanded the admissions, many a Comprehensive university is opening up departments of Art. The number of the students who attend the CEE for Art is increasing, which takes up most part of others. This phenomenon leads to a consequence that high schools and training courses for Art are becoming more and more popular. However, it also have bad effects on some training courses. The two exam courses of Art are the sketch and the color according to the model of CEE. The sketch is the most important subject because it is the base of the plastic art. While the truth is that the majority of art students are trained quikly. Most of them are weak in basic knowledge of the sketch and are not good at styling and establishing. Therefore, good teaching methods of the sketch are of great importance in the art courses for CEE. If carried out effectively, it can help students achieve high scores in professional exams. Meanwhile, these students who study traditional sketch are superior to those who don’t. In our country, which uses this special educational model for CEE, how to choose the best teaching method for the sketch is helpful to the students who want to get high scores in CEE and who want further education. That students can make progress quickly in a short time is the best way. Obviously, some unreasonable training methods still exist,which will do harm to the students and the development of higher education. To help change the condition of the sketch training, the new methods of the sketch training are of great significance.The paper is divided into four chapters, describing the application and research of the touch sketch in the sketch training for CEE. In Chapter One, I analyse the concepts and two observation methods of the sketch and the touch sketch. In Chapter Two, I do some research on the disadvantages of the sketch training for CEE, according to the development of the sketch training in China and foreign countries. In Chapter Three, I describe how to apply this new teaching method to the sketch training for CEE through the application of the touch sketch in arts teaching for CEE. In Chapter Four, I describe the teaching method’s reflection in common classes and exams. At last, I summarize the effect and meaning of the touch sketch in the sketch training for CEE.
