With the deepening of education informationization and teachers' professionalization,the teaching activities in schools are constantly being implemented by means of information technology.The importance of teachers' educational technology capabilities is constantly reflected in teachers' teaching activities.The educational technology ability is an important aspect that can not be neglected whether it is the professional development of teachers or the improvement of teaching ability and classroom efficiency.To this end,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Standard for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Educational Technology Capabilities(Trial Implementation)" to regulate the educational technology capabilities of primary and secondary school teachers.With the promulgation of the "Standard(Trial)",all primary and secondary schools across the country began to train teachers in their technical capabilities in education and achieved good results in training methods,training modes and training methods.However,in spite of some achievements made in the training of teachers' technical competence in education in recent years,no matter the mode of training or the setting of training contents are targeted at primary and secondary school teachers,and are aimed at the characteristics of secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational education Of the training programs are few,can not meet the development needs of secondary vocational teachers.This situation is particularly evident in Guangxi,where economic development is lagging behind.In order to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,realize the informatization teaching in secondary vocational schools and construct the informationized campus environment,secondary vocational schools should vigorously carry out the training of teachers' technical competence in secondary vocational schools.In order to solve the predicament faced by middle vocational teachers in technical training in Guangxi region and to improve the educational technologyability of secondary vocational school teachers in Guangxi region,this paper investigates the secondary vocational teachers' education in Guangxi using questionnaire,interview and literature research methods Technical ability training status of the analysis of training problems to investigate the training needs of teachers in this category for the demonstration of vocational teachers in Guangxi training needs,curriculum design as the center,around the "primary and secondary teacher education technology ability standards " in the four capacity requirements of the training content,training organization,training methods,training teachers,training assessment and training implementation process design and research.This paper proposes a hybrid training course design of "online learning + classroom learning +special lectures" at different levels,and chooses Processing of Image Resources as a case for curriculum design.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the basis for selecting the topic,the significance of the research,and the necessity of training the technical skills of the secondary vocational school teachers.In addition to the analysis of related concepts,the theoretical basis of the topic is elaborated,and the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad in the field of educational and technical competence training.The second part is the status quo and demand survey of teachers' education technology training in secondary vocational schools.Through the empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey and data statistics,the status quo,problems of training and training needs of the secondary vocational education teachers in Guangxi are analyzed.The third part is about the design plan of the blended training course for the needs of teachers training in Guangxi secondary vocational school.In the fourth part,the author selects the course "Processing of image resources" as an example to design training course.It mainly deals with the arrangement of faculty,the design of training procedures,and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness.The fifth part concludes the research conclusions and deficiencies,summarizes the research results and deficiencies of the thesis,and proposes amendments.
