With the coming of globa lization and the digital era, the rapid development of informationtechnology, network technology and multimed ia technology has had an impact to the field ofeducation reform, which set higher requirements to teacher's professiona l equality andinformation literacy. Educationa l Technology Training for Prima ry and Midd le SchoolTeachers is an important step to promote basic education curriculum reform and accelera te thedevelopment of ICT in education, and also an important measure that promote theprofessiona l development of teachers. The thesis which based on the example of Educationa lTechnology Training which hold in the Northeast Norma l University analysis the impact oftraining, advantages and problems from the perspective of performa nce, and offersconstructive ideas on this basis, designs C-Learning and Composite training mode, which canprovide operationa l standards and reference to heighten performa nce of future Educationa lTechnology Training. The thesis analysis the factors of influence training performa nce,analysis learning and teaching methods and training model, which are the two ma in factorsinfluence training performa nce, put forward C-Learning and Composite training mode, a newtraining concepts (collectively known as the "composite training "),which provides view onhow to improve training performa nce. The fina lly part utilized the fruit and shortage of study,and programs the place where needs improved and content.
