China NGOSs On The Impact Of Publics Safety And Countermeasure

With china's economic development and in-depth reform of the political system,Chinese non-governmental organizations on the social impact of increasing public safety. On the one hand, they provide new value factor for the international community and global governance system; on the other hand,they also may have characters with tools and duals,impact and destruct of the country's economic, political, social, environmental, cultural and so on. It is a very important topic that how to insight, grasr, guide the NGOs to play the national interests of leverage, to the greatest extent limit the negative effection. First of all, this paper elaborated on China NOGs of the status quo. Chinese NGOs have the characteristics of themselves from the birth, and close link with other NGOs in the world. Overall, Chinese NGOs is still in the initial development, with the development of high speed involved in the filed of wide variety of forms, the structure is not perfect, the development is very uneven and so on. Second, this paper elaborated on Chinese NGOs, effection on public safety.NGOs is both the main of the public safety management and the public safety occurrence, and play a positive and negative effects on public safety. The main reason for this situation is in connection not only with NGOs, internationalization, but also with china's political, economic cultural environment, and with their own development. Finally, the article analyzes the Chinese NGOs, public safety in the development of countermeasures. Through analysising of the mechanism of Chinese NGOs impact of public safety. Macro, the Chinese NGOs development of countermeasures is the following three aspects. First, the building of Chinese NGOs in the external environment mechanism, and the other is to improve Chinese NGOs self-building mechanism between the government and the third is to build non-governmental organizations linkage mechanism.
