Study On Cause Of Juvenile Delinquency

Minors are successors and future of our country, their training and instructing have great impact on future development. Accompany with Chinese reform and opening, in the new social situation, juvenile delinquency presents diversity tendency and comes down to the political, economic, ideological, cultural, religious and moral education, family and other aspects, it is the direct factor of the social instability. Juvenile delinquency is always high and keeps rising, which makes us anxiously, how to reduce juvenile delinquency rate and give more protection to minors needs to me solved urgently. Accordingly, finding out the origin reason of juvenile delinquency is the primary task of curbing juvenile delinquency.The dissertation can be divided into three parts:the preface, main body and the conclusion. And the main body includes four chapters:The first chapter mainly analyzes family factors on teenager. Firstly, it discusses about the methods of home education, secondly, talks about the negative effects of family disharmony and the defect, lastly, researches to the family members, especially the effects of parents'bad behavior.The second chapter analyzes the school factors. First, starting from the teaching content, analyzes the contempt of moral education, secondly, analyzes the education management, which is not conducive to build a harmonious educational environment. Finally, it points out that legal education are less effect.Chapter III analyzes the social factors, the transmission of vulgar culture, rotten ideology and some negative business entertainment are also play very important roles, and the last reason is the lack of social protecting, directing and supervising of minors.Chapter IV, Analyzes the autologous factors. physiological and psychological characteristics of minors are easily influenced by external factors, and the other factors can be cross-infection of unhealthy groups and sub-culture industry of juvenile delinquency.
