The success or failure of basic education curriculum reform depends on the rural areas. The success or failure of curriculum reform in rural primary and middle schools depends on the key factor, the teacher. To improve the overall quality of rural teachers, school-based training has the academic training irreplaceable advantages.In this paper, based on school-based training of rural junior high school teachers, the curriculum chooses Fujian Nanan City as an experimental zone for six samples for the study of rural junior high school, using self-designed "rural junior high school teacher questionnaire-based training", supplemented by observation, interviews, literature analysis, using qualitative research methods, and doing investigation and analysis of the teachers' understanding of the concept of school-based training,and of the school-based training on the organization and management ways,and of the means of understanding, as well as the existence disadvantages and reflection of school-based training. The results show that school-based training is conducive to professional development of teachers, and it has the general importance of school leadership,and the first-line teachers welcome it, but there are also arbitrary and utilitarian, such as the lack of effectiveness of the training to be improved. To address these issues and to analyze the reasons, I raise six proposals to enhance the effectiveness of school-based training,that is, the determination of the guiding ideology, functions and objectives is the basis of improving its effectiveness; the establishment of school-based training of security and incentive mechanism is the key to enhance its effectiveness; The enhancement of the organization and management of school-based training is the fundamental guarantee to enhance the effectiveness; The protection and stimulation of the main body awareness of teachers is the focus to improve its effectiveness; The based on school-based training is the fundamental ways to improve the effectiveness; The innovative training model is the vitality of its source to improve its effectiveness.Let us work together and look forward to a more effective school-based training and a developmental function of training enhancing development, so that the new curriculum can go well all the way!...
