Higher professional education, as a special type of education to cultivate higher vocational talents, develops rapidly in these years and attracts more and more attention. However, researches on higher professional education still concentrate on professional skills and these are much less researches on its moral education. With the reform of moral education courses, experts and scholars increasingly attach importance to the research on moral courses of higher professional education. As basic elements and operating conditions, moral course resources are sound foundation and important guarantee of moral courses. Therefore, it is a key topic to explore how to develop and use moral course resources. Currently, few researches involves in this subject, and these researches fails to theoretically define and clear up the connotation, denotation and nature of moral courses in higher professional education. In the practical research, people's perspective on the moral course resource is still fall behind, and they still have a deficiency on the consciousness and means to rationally and scientifically develop and utilize it. And though we have to face the limitation of the realistic utilizing condition and the moral course resources which can be exploited, we can still find the phenomenon that the resources are being left unused or wasted. So it requires us that we should have a further research on moral course resources in higher professional education. Starting with the conception frame of the moral course resources, this paper expatiates on the characters and the features of moral course resources in higher professional education, and expounds the significant meaning of eutlizing it rationally and scientifically. Through the investigation, this paper also tries to realize the problems existing in the process of utilizing and developing the moral course resources in higher professional education, and find the reasons of it, then the paper tries to give pertinent strategies and suggestions to improve the utilization and development of moral course resources in higher professional education.
