Study On Gejiu City B School Teachers' Exacitation Motivations Of Non-Governmental Training School

As the product of market economy, non-governmental training education has covered many aspects, ranging from kindergarten education to that of university, and vocational training as well. Teachers play an important role in the educational quality of these organizations; therefore, the perfection of excitation mechanisms has great significance for non-governmental training schools. However, many problems exist in these schools in our country:Teachers are not responsible enough; they are confronted with great amount of work and pressure; they lack training opportunities and their payment is low; and the personnel management of these schools is in chaos. Therefore, in order to attract teachers, preserve teachers and train teachers, a set of reasonable excitation mechanisms is needed.Inspired by the advanced experience of non-governmental schools at home and abroad, the thesis establishes the appropriate excitation motivations for B School in Gejiu city. The excitation motivations include material excitation means, such as salary excitation, social security excitation, and stock right excitation, etc. Meanwhile, a scientific and reasonable system of performance examination is also established. Spiritual excitation motivations include vocational training, plan for teachers'career, and construction of organization culture, etc. Besides, there are some special excitation plans, which include the excitations for new teachers, experienced teachers and women teachers. The excitation of teachers in non-governmental schools needs not only the school's consistent efforts, but also the society and government's confirmation on teachers'social status, and parents'approvals of teachers'morality and teaching ability. Only under these mechanisms can teachers work better for the non-governmental training schools.
