To cultivate the high-quality talents must rely on education, high education cannot be separated from excellent teachers, Teachers are the organizers of the educational activities. and one of the key successful factors to carry out educational reform. As we all know that teachers are regarded as "women's career", which attracts many women, especially the primary and secondary school teachers. Such a large female teachers in secondary education as they have to take rather important responsibility.Because their unique physics and psychology affect teaching deeply, their professional identity, existent state,and career problems should be valued.Chinese is a course filled with distinctive humanistic features, apart from the common generality----"knowing", the "emotion" and "meaning" are especially obvious. In the process of students' growth, Chinese course undertakes irreplaceable responsibility of From the Chinese teaching of teacher role can see, middle school teachers of emotion, attitude and values of the formation and perfect personality mold, and the humanities spirit and quality training. From the orientation of teachers, secondary teachers should take on heavy and oppressive duty. In order to accomplish Chinese educational aims and motivation, the most female teachers by nature have an unshirkable responsibility. Due to the obvious humanistic feature of language teaching, their strengths and weaknesses are related with students'concept and information they acquire from their teachers, therefore, caring for female teachers becomes more and more necessary. But why the teachers-are considered as "female occupation"? What are their advantages? Have any weaknesses in them? If have, what is it? What is the reason of producing the strengths and weaknesses? Would they transform each other under certain conditions?is it possible to carry forward the advantages and overcome the disadvantages to make it better for our Chinese teaching? This is an important problem of our discussion and research.The research of advantage and weakness of middle school Chinese women teachers is based on narrating through in-depth interviews with three female teachers and listen their teaching career life experiences, such as the story of Miss Chen"s "early stage", Mr Wang "live in the present" and Miss Zhou"s "ordinary life", in which they discusse in detail about their strengths and weaknesses from "on the road", "teacher" and "memorable experience teaching work" and "student", "parents", "colleagues," "family", "the school education and reform", "how to treat oneself"and "future" of their stories, mainly from words, emotion and personality, temperament, cognitive, teaching attitude and teaching ability, teaching methods, success and frustration, the attribution of interpersonal relationship, life pursuing to narrate for providing rich real firsthand material, based on this, I try to find out the impact of these advantages and weaknesses. And for their professional development, and put forward some suggestions for promoting the frequently-employed female teachers' career development for reference.
