Innovation of a country and a nation, is an essential capability. As responsible for the future of the country and the nation and the future of education, should be the actual practice of innovation in our teaching process, not only for our country and society's expectations, but also the history and the times demand of us.We must focus on innovation, with particular attention to the next generation of innovative education and creative ability. The quality of education in our country, will train students on the innovative capacity of the country's strategic height, so as a junior high school mathematics teacher management should do their utmost to complete the creative ability of students. In the previous discussion on innovation in education, often confused with the spirit of innovation, creative thinking, innovative approach and creative personality, and other concepts, I feel that these concepts are actually the internal consistency of the four different aspects of the play role, only when these four aspects come into play, the creative education can be truly realized.Based on the junior high school mathematics teaching elaboration of innovative ability, especially for junior high school mathematics teaching students the theory of creative ability, practice of, full of high school students the importance of creative ability. The purpose of this paper is a comprehensive and detailed study on the basis of previous theory, combined with my peers and other teachers in the practical teaching experience, as much as possible a comprehensive, systematic exposition of the process of teaching middle school math students in Creative Ability of the problem. In this paper the theory of inquiry from the initial starting culture extends to the theory, and then develop relevant theory to guide their daily teaching, mathematics teaching junior high school students last described innovative ability of the significance. From the theory-specific theory-practice-practical significance, explained step by step open to, as much as possible on the issue form a complete theory-practice system.
