This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is theoretical review, we briefly introduce the background, and then introduce Some important concepts,these are very related to our study; In the second chapter we introduce six innovative mathematical problem forms,which are ofen used in mathematics teaching in high school in our country; the third chapter is the empirical research and the datas analysis,in the basis of the first measuring and the preliminary datas analysis, we have modified and adjusted the scale to measure the abilities of innovation (see Appendix 1) and the mathematical innovation ability test (see Appendix II),the analysis of the collected datas (see Appendix V) shows that the adjusted mathematical innovation scale (see Appendix III) is highly related to the mathematical innovation ability test (see Appendix IV),which highly supports our hypothesis; the fourth chapter is something to think about this study,and then we draw the corresponding conclusions,at last we put some teaching suggestions about mathematics in high school.In the first chapter we have briefly introduced the background of the study, from the age, the ethnic, the social and the educational development. We think the sense of innovation and innovation capacities are very important. in order to conform with the times, the late 20th century, around the world many countries have developed the new mathematics curriculum standards, and have proposed the new mathematics curriculum reform programs, started the new practices of mathematics education reform, for example Japan, "90 late in the 20th century, Japan furtherly deepened the reform of school curriculums, developed the 21st century education reform program.and the Japan's"interim report" Conducted in November 1997,which has proposed guidelines for the curriculum reform. " and the mathematics curriculum reform in Japan attaches great importance to the personality development of students, the self-learning ability, the ability to think mathematically, and the creative thinking.then we give a brief introduction to the China's ongoing reform of the basic education curriculums,which is mainly related to the new mathematics curriculum and the mathematics problem, and so on,at last we introduce a few basic and important concepts,such as the mathematics problem, the science of mathematics problems (exercises), the basic method of compiling mathematical problems, a good question, mathematics questions, the capability of mathematical innovation, the characteristics of mathematical innovation, the mathematical innovation (test) problems, etc.In the second chapter we introduce six innovative mathematical problem forms,which are ofen used in mathematics education in high school in our country.they are:(1) the adapted problems; (2) the Opened problems of mathematics; (3) the mathematical problems of given the informations; (4) the mathematics problems of multiple choices; (5)the problems of applicating mathematics; (6) the small projects, the long operations and the opened Research works carried out in the research study of mathematics.The third chapter is the empirical research and the datas analysis,in the basis of the first measuring and the preliminary datas analysis, we have modified and adjusted the scale to measure the abilities of innovation (see Appendix 1) and the mathematical innovation ability test (see AppendixⅡ),the analysis of the collected datas (see Appendix V) shows that the adjusted mathematical innovation scale (see AppendixⅢ) is highly related to mathematical innovation ability test(see Appendix IV),which highly supports our hypothesis,it has proofed that the problems of the mathematical innovation test (see Appendix IV) are valid and valuable.In the four chapter we continue to think about the study and draw the corresponding conclusions, and we put forward some teaching suggestions about mathematics. Data analysis shows that the mathematical innovation scale (see Appendix III) is highly relevant to the mathematical innovation test (see Appendix IV), in some extent it proofs that the study is valid and reliable, the high relevance of the datas highly supports our hypothesis. The feature of this study is to propose some common innovative forms of the mathematics problem in high school, such as the mathematics problems of multiple choices, and we also give some examples for every mathematics problem form, these examples can be used in the mathematics education in high school.
