Research On Friendship Consciousness Training In Junior Middle School Moral Course

Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China make to build a "harmonious society" as an important work in a period ahead, shows that the state and the Communist Party of China pay a great attention on building a "harmonious society". Harmony firstly is interpersonal harmony, is a good condition in the interaction process of the human kind, friendship as a moral quality will play an important role in sustaining people contacts. Junior middle school as an important place to train friendship consciousness of junior middle school students,It play an important role. The new moral curriculum standard which birth under the background of new curriculum reform is the reflect of political, economic and cultural in the new period of society in education field that also reflects the "harmonious society" construction requirements. The new moral curriculum standard stipulated the middle school students should form the concept of caring about himself, caring for others, care for collective and state. The author believes that these are the reflect of friendship in different areas. So this paper from the social background illuminates that the middle school students friendship consciousness training is the necessary requirement of social development, from micro aspect it is the inevitable requirement of new curriculum reform and the new moral curriculum standard.This paper analyzes the connotation of friendship consciousness which stipulated in the new moral curriculum standard, it is included caring about others, understanding others, respecting others and from these core content expanded to care about the collective and countries, establish national self-respect and pride. The new moral curriculum standard also to stipulate the specific requirement on training the friendship consciousness of junior middle school students, it mainly includes three factors: subject, object and cultivation mode and means. The new moral curriculum standard also made the specific requirement on these three factors. Teaching concept change requires our teachers should change the concept set up the idea of professional development and transform from a simple knowledge teacher to be a knowledge developers and knowledge teacher. Along with the modern teaching tools enter into our classroom, that requires us use modern teaching tool to promote our teaching work. Of course all of this is talking around to establish the students'friendship consciousness, and it is in order to cater for realizing the new moral curriculum standard.Friendship consciousness cultivation requirement have changed, so there will exist some some unharmonious factors. Meanwhile there are some problems exposed in our friendship consciousness cultivation process: Like teachers' competence can not adapt to the quality education requirements and Our teaching mode too dull, no innovation and so on, all of this lead to the separation between the friendship knowledge and friendly behavior In training process. The reason of these problems are the traditional teaching concept and have no modern teaching hardware conditions or because of our teaching methods can not meet the need of the new changes. Facing these problems in friendship consciousness training, the author think we should propose two strategy:First is macroscopic aspects including: 1, building a professional teacher team; 2, establish school-based curriculum, improve the friendship maneuverability of consciousness development; 3, using modern teaching facilities and various teaching form to promote students' knowledge of friendship. From Teaching methods aspect include: situational teaching, activities teaching and heuristic teaching. These together constitute a paper about the fundamental strategies for the cultivation of love consciousness.
