Studies On The Cultivation Of College Students Interpersonal Relationship In Modern Times

The interpersonal capability is an important quality of contemporary college students. It is not only related to the overall development of college students, but also the overall development of the university campus and even the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, as educators in schools, we must attach great importance to the cultivation of contemporary college students'interpersonal capabilities.The cultivation of current college students'interpersonal capabilities has unique advantages, while it is faced with specific deficiencies. In terms of the advantages, contemporary college students have their own distinctive features in interpersonal communications. Compared with other social groups, they are knowledgeable and focus more on emotional communications; their interaction structure is three-dimensional and more diversified; their ways of communication are becoming diversified and their interpersonal exchanges are open. However, on the other hand, there are also some shortcomings in interpersonal capabilities of current college students. Their motivation of interpersonal communications has showed signs of vulgarization; the scope of their interpersonal exchanges is relatively narrow; they lack experience of interpersonal exchanges and appropriate interpersonal skills. In addition, there are still some drawbacks in their psychology of interpersonal communications.In terms of factors influencing interpersonal communications of college students, they can be summarized in four aspects: family, school, community and college students themselves. Families in China do not pay enough attention to children's interpersonal capabilities and thus there are inherent deficiencies; the school education system is inadequate; college students are currently facing great impact of new and old interpersonal and social factors; college students themselves lack awareness of interpersonal exchanges. To solve problems in interpersonal communications of college students, the following measures can be taken. (1) Speed up the reform of school education and combine implicit education with explicit education. (2) Strengthen the campus culture and construct harmonious interpersonal environment. (3) Improve the working mechanism of college students and carry out the cultivation of their interpersonal capabilities in scientific ways. (4) Carry out psychological consultation and guidance for different individuals. (5) Actively guide college students to have self-education in interpersonal communications and strengthen the cultivation and training to improve their interpersonal communications. (6) Contact closely with the family and society, creating a favorable social atmosphere for interpersonal exchanges of college students.We believe that as long as we make full use of all relevant parts and continue to strengthen the cultivation of college students'interpersonal capabilities, their interpersonal capabilities must be improved and a more harmonious campus and society will be built.
