Communication unlimited, we are in the time which is the omni-directional, multi-level communicated with each other. The communication is not only the life start, but also is the important full development target. The communication is the human's most urgent needs that the person survives and develops in the society. The person wants to have achievement, learning the communication is the basic condition. Nowadays, the main characteristic of new model talents depends on the fine communication capability and communication skill. Fine interpersonal communication capability is not only the important guarantee fine human relations, but also the necessary quality for their happy life in the future. The secondary vocational school student is the huge and special community, their interpersonal communication capability need be paid close attention and taken seriously by the school, the family and the society. Taking the effective measure to strengthen the interpersonal communication ability cultivation is the need to promote the secondary vocational school student's full quality development.Researching the secondary vocational school student's interpersonal communication capability is the very important practical significance and the application value. It is helpful for attention their interpersonal communication present situation and the existence question, is helpful for development their healthy psychology and individual quality, is helpful for promotion the vocational education harmonious development and cultivation the qualified socialism constructor.The author adopt statistic analysis to reveal out the secondary vocational school student's communicates with the familiar person well, such as their parents, schoolmates and teachers, after studying connotation , motivation and obstacle of interpersonal communication capability and carrying on the questionnaire and the interview in the secondary vocational school student of Sanmenxia. But the secondary vocational school student has some difficulty on communicating with the strange person, such as colleague, leads and customer. The interpersonal communication capabilities of secondary vocational school student come from the city is higher than the student come from the countryside. Their interpersonal communication manner is straight, the psychological motive is normal, the communication way is diverse, however, their interpersonal communication capability in the professional field should be enhanced.The author deep analyzed the problem about the secondary vocational school student's interpersonal communication capability from the language, the psychology, the status and the generation gap, combining with educate practices of this region, explored the way and the method to cultivate the interpersonal communication capability from the school education. The secondary vocational school should set up the related course, must adopt to the role-playing method, the case analysis method, the self-display method, the multi-media method in the teaching process. Besides the school must put into effect the function of the campus culture: to cultivate the campus the spirit with having features of the times and the occupation characteristic, rich and innovation the secondary vocational school campus culture activity and attention advanced enterprise culture introduction and conformity and so on . It will create a harmonious atmosphere which a kind of the emphasized on the interpersonal communication, which will helpful for improving the secondary vocational school student's interpersonal communication capability.
