From the perspective of organizational culture university teacher management, university teachers management needs with factitious center, in order to portray values as the means management mode, and pay attention to cultural value and the pursuit of the management mechanism. At present, China's most university management mechanism is still based on strict discipline and level control, to neglect their social emotion and value goal against university and other factors, and the growth and development of teachers group. Therefore, this article tried to put into organizational culture theory in the management of university teachers, play university organization culture penetrated university management, teaching, scientific research and so on each link, through education, integration and the formation of unique value system influences on college for change strategies and deal with internal conflict norms and behavior, improve the efficiency and quality of university management.This study using a combination of literature and comparative analysis of traditional management theory research, the characteristics and existing problems, and organizational culture management theory mode as well as the characteristics of university management is discussed. Based on the organizational culture management view put forward, under the trend of college management mechanism structure. This paper is divided into four parts altogether. The first chapter the introduction section introduces its research theory and practical background, with yourself some literature analysis, expounded the purpose of this study and significance, introduced the main method of study; The second chapter of traditional management theory is introduced and analyzed, China was introduced after the founding of the evolution of the college teachers management process and the development trend, and on the basis of analyzing the current problems existing in the management of university teachers; Chapter 3 discusses the organization based on university characteristics and the main body status of university teachers and teachers' cultural personality characteristic requirement university implement cultural management, and put forward the culture management of the connotation and cultural management, the applied conditions and principle; Four chapters, puts forward the view of organizational culture under the trend of college management mechanism structure; Finally epilogue part summarizes research achievements, discusses the problems that might be, and designate the next research direction.
