Organizational Culture Under The Perspective Of University Teachers Management Explored

Therefore, this article tried to put into organizational culture theory in the management of university teachers, play university organization culture penetrated university management, teaching, scientific research and so on each link, through education, integration and the formation of unique value system influences on college for change strategies and deal with internal conflict norms and behavior, improve the efficiency and quality of university management.This study using a combination of literature and comparative analysis of traditional management theory research, the characteristics and existing problems, and organizational culture management theory mode as well as the characteristics of university management is discussed.
