Therefore, new teachers in kindergarten and the role of professional difficulties and relationship of identity status has important theoretical and practical value.This study used questionnaires in Liaoning Province, Shenyang City,41 different systems kindergartens 402 kindergartens new teachers were surveyed on eight different systems of the Kindergarten teachers were semi-structured interviews, the proceeds of quantitative data analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, for the quality of the collected data were analyzed.
