Transformation in the social system, as the changes in pre-school education system, kindergarten has undergone a fundamental change in the structure, the living conditions of early childhood teachers have also changed, especially, the new teachers are faced with many difficulties. Can be found from previous studies and the role of the plight of teachers, professional identity is a relationship, but researchers there is currently no new teachers of kindergartens and the role of professional identity between the plight of specialized research. Kindergarten teachers to show the plight of the fact that an active interest in community child care lead teachers, work, life and the real state of mind, arouse the plight of kindergarten teachers on professional self-reflection, self-awareness and ability to adapt to help them find positive and effective response Management Professional Predicament. Therefore, new teachers in kindergarten and the role of professional difficulties and relationship of identity status has important theoretical and practical value.This study used questionnaires in Liaoning Province, Shenyang City,41 different systems kindergartens 402 kindergartens new teachers were surveyed on eight different systems of the Kindergarten teachers were semi-structured interviews, the proceeds of quantitative data analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, for the quality of the collected data were analyzed. The effects of new teachers for nursery professional dilemmas and the role of identity status of the nursery professional plight of new teachers and the relationship between role identity. The main conclusions of this study are the following:1. Kindergarten teachers have a new larger professional difficulties. Different age, education, wages and the preparation of new teachers for kindergarten are significantly different occupational difficulties.2. The kindergarten teachers have a strong role identity. Different teaching experience, qualifications, type of kindergarten and professional role of the Kindergarten teachers identify significant differences.3. Nursery professional difficulties new teachers and significant correlation between role identity, kindergarten career new teachers on the plight of the four factors that have affected the role of teacher role identity.
