Our country has excuted curriculum reform for seven times from the founding of China,curriculum reform is inconformance with times and it reached achievement every time. With the development of science and technology,more and more links are produced between countries.The current course mechanism can not meet the changes of times,so the 8 th curriculum reform called the new curriculum reform is produced.The reform has executed since 2001.The fundamental concept of the new reform is for the development of students.The new curriculum pursuits the uniqueness and concretness of students.In contents,it desalts"double-base for students"and selects basic knowledge and skills that are good and necessary for lifelong learning and developmentto change the phenomenon of current course ,such as content numerous, difficult and much, old .In aspect of curriculum structure,The national curriculum, local courses and school-based curriculum parallel. The new curriculum advocates ways of learning are autonomous learning, cooperative learning, inquiry learning.It changes the ways of learning that are simply accepted type. The new curriculum evaluation system demands that not only the results but also the process evaluation is important.It need to promote development and play other functions such as evaluation, inspection, the diagnosis, orientation, feedback, motivation.The curriculum reform has been produced in senior school in Henan province since 2008.After the reform,the senior biology course has changed in two aspects,one is the contents and the other is the teaching aims.Two years has been passed, Biology curriculum reform has obtained the certain effect,but a series of problems arise. The problem is largely in the teaching process.During the curriculum reform, teaching is mainly divided into two broad categories according to the attitudes of the teachers.One kind is Half-heartedly type,the other is Faithful implementation type.There are problems in the two types.The problems of the Half-heartedly type is wearing new shoes but following the old routine;Teaching materials not using the materials;paying attention to conclusion, not process and method;simplifying the learning style.There are several reasons for the problems,for examples,the training for teachers and the change of teachers' concepts does not reach the designated position. Teachers' quality is low in generally speaking;They think that whenever there is a rule, there is a way to get around it;The new evaluation that adapts to the new curriculum system has not been established;School research activity system construction can not catch up with it;teaching and researching activities does not implement really,Teaching facilities are in primitive conditions ,Teaching materials don't match teaching assistant 'book. We can use the following several strategies to improve them according to the problems. Such as increasing training dynamics,updating teachers' concepts,strengthening the construction and management of subject research,cultivating students' autonomous learning ability and establishing management and evaluation mechanism that promote developments of students and teachers.Faithful implementation teaching is"implementation"according to regulations, But it is just in form not consider the actual effect. The problems of this kind of teaching can be divided into the following seven aspects:paying attention to form not contents;Focusing too much on emotional, attitudes, values education and desalting basic knowledge education ;misunderstanding the ways of learning;thinking that it is good for the teacher to explain little ;Teaching beg"lively";controling the classroom hardly;blindly catering to students and making the development of students from"independent"demoted to"artesian".To solve these problems, we must accurately grasp the new curriculum advocates ways of learning, stimulate students' interest in study and improve the learning efficiency.So we can improve it through the following several ways: Creating cooperative study and achieving effective interaction; expliciting the connotation of autonomous learning and inquisitive learning;creating rich, effective biological teaching situation and enhancing students' learning interest; poetic teaching language.The teacher who is under the situation of new curriculum reform should understand the essence of curriculum implementation like this:Curriculum plan designed is simplly material or background that the conductor complain his or her idea,and it is a kind of curriculum resource that teachers and studens can develop a lot with the resource. The curriculum implementation is not only one event but a process, In the process of curriculum project ,the implementers will revise it or even change it to suit their own purpose.
