In the twentieth century, the rapid development of biology not only promotes a great leap of science, but also promotes the development of other disciplines and related fields. Besides, biology also has a remarkable development in macroscopic and microscopic study. So far, biology is still a science full of vigor and vitality. It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of modern society. Therefore, we have higher requirements for biology learning and teaching. With the development of society, people pay more attention to education, especially the link of education subject. However, related theories are not perfect. Since 2004, China has made new curriculum reform to senior middle school. A new slogan that students are the center of teaching and need to be promoted the development of their all-around characters was emphasized then. A slight move in one part may affect the situation as a whole. The reform is not only related to the teaching of high school, and it is closely related to the teaching of university as well as the junior middle school. Thus, all this brings new problems and new challenges for the connection of high school and university biology course.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, the writer firstly makes a generalization of related research and makes a comprehensive study on the cohesions between biology courses in high school and university. This paper introduces the research background of education cohesion, general situation of the research status at home and abroad, comparison and analysis of the high school and university biology on training target, teaching methods, learning methods and teaching contents. This paper focuses on the structural differences of biology curriculum system and elaborates on the cohesion problems. Finally, by using the method of questionnaire, this paper makes a survey on the teaching material, teaching method and present study situation of biology course in senior middle school and college. Besides, it makes a deeper analysis of the cohesion problems. And based on this, the writer puts forward the feasible suggestions on biology teaching in order to provide reference for biology teaching, the writing of biological teaching materials and teaching research.
