At present China has entered the historical period of building a moderately prosperous society. In this new historical period, the focus of education reform and development in our country is rejuvenating by science and talents and constructing our country by training talents. Run the satisfied education by more and more people depends on the construction of a high-quality education and professional teachers. However, at this stage, there are 1,700 million teachers in the grassroots. While the rural teachers accounted for three-quarters. The level of such a large group of rural teachers will determine the quality of education directly and be related to the country's future development. So, the strengthening of knowledge updating for rural primary and secondary school in-service teachers and improving the quality of teachers in rural areas have become very important and urgent problem. The key to solving this problem is to accelerate the development of training for in-service teachers. The training of teachers in rural areas can be a powerful mechanism to perfect rural teacher training and improve their own quality of rural teachers and improve the overall quality of education in rural areas.In this paper, literature study and questionnaire are two ways to research the training for rural teachers. First, there is a analysis of Connotation and characteristics for the rural teachers′training. Then studied with the training, education, psychology and sociology on the basis of three aspects of the training given to teachers further explanation, laid the theoretical foundation. Finally, the rural teacher training for teachers to conduct the Investigation, analysis, and to find the current rural teacher training division of the problems and difficulties, to solve these problems and difficulties, combined with the vast rural areas of existing practice, the overall state of rural schools and the overall quality of rural teachers on various aspects of such targeted measures and suggestions. Mainly from the following aspects to be implemented: experts and teachers to enhance the depth of cooperation; the base for the implementation of primary and secondary schools, based on the field of rural education; teacher self-learning-based, supplemented by the guidance of experts and professors; Finally, school and community to provide appropriate support the security system. Through these four specific aspects of the training of rural teachers, teachers, focusing on the autonomy of teachers, self-reflection, operating practices. Focuses on learning, practical skills and other aspects of exercise and training. Innovation of this paper is mainly in the knowledge-based supplement, focusing on enhancing teachers′practical ability, through constant practice so that teachers can operate independently, skilled for each lesson, to ensure the quality of each class. Thus fundamentally improve the overall quality of education in rural schools.
