There are about 14 million teachers in our country. Rural teachers are three quarters of the 14 million, so they are the main force of education in our country. To improve the construction of rural teachers is the basic way to balance the education in our country. Teaching training is the crucial way to speed the development of rural teacher's ability, but now the effect of rural teacher training is low even noneffective , which restrict the development of rural teacher's ability. We should according to the need of rural teachers to find out an effective training strategy. JiangXi province YanShan county was taken for example . According to these proplems: the contents for rural teaching training are unpractical ; the teaching methods are too simple; the rural teachers are lack of training chance and training time; the effect of rural teacher training is low etc, the writer analyzed the reasons from these following aspects: training concept, training system and training support , then give some suggestions on these problems.
