Research On College Graduates’ Unemployment Phenomenon And Education Guidance

The issue of unemployment of college graduates has always been the focus ofpublic concern. With the popularization of higher education, the unwillingness ofemployment has aroused more widespread social concern. It is a special phenomenonin the present world and caused by various factors in which college graduates’subjective consciousness plays the leading role. Additionally, the non-standardrecruitment, unsound employment guidance in colleges and universities, lack offamily education and students’ incorrect thoughts to employment contribute todeviation of college students’ to employment intention and behavior, which leads tovoluntary unemployment. To resolve the problem, we have to change the collegestudents’ values on employment in essence, take effective measures to promoteemployment, form the correct value of their employment attitude, improve the job-seeking condition, from the society, family and college students themselves, andstandardize the job-seeking market order, government’s service, control andregulation. Also, we need to provide the platform and assistance to shape collegestudents’ scientific employment value by updating employers’’ concept ofrecruitment.College and universities should develop a comprehensive and systematical job-seeking guidance system, build up a scientific and healthy job-seeking guidancesystem, and a job—seeking problem-solving three-tier network to form collegestudents’ correct value of employment to promote employment. College studentsshould strengthen their self-adaptability. Family should get involved in it to helpstudents to foster their healthy psychological value of employment, then transformtheir recognition of unemployment, so that college graduates can be willing to getemployed and solve the employment fundamentally.
