Cheerleading, a kind of new and developing sport project conducting difficulty and beauty, has absorbed varieties of elements from aerobics exercise, dance, art gymnastics, sports acrobatics and other projects and integrated kind of beauty into one. This multi-dimensional beauty which can purify one's mind, improve one's aesthetic taste and mold one's spirit has a high aesthetic value. Therefore, how to carry out the aesthetic education in the cheerleading teaching and practical training, how to make function of aesthetic in the cheerleading, how to achieve intersection and integration between sports and aesthetics, how to develop all-around and high qualified personnel, and how to promote cheerleading development healthy and sustainable in China, which are all the problems we need to solve at the moment.The object of this topic is the aesthetic in the cheerleading teaching and training. Applying documents, interviews, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, the analysis and study of this topic is from two aspects, one is the excavation of beauty in the cheerleading, and the other is the function of. From this way, people can have a more propounding and comprehensive understanding to the aesthetic value in the cheerleading, and then from the presenting situation and problems existing in the cheerleading and problem existing in the cheerleading teaching and training of aesthetic, we can also find ways which can make function of its aesthetic bring into play fully. So as to guide the teaching and training practice of cheerleading, to further expand the research areas and enrich the study content of the cheerleading, to promote the construction of basic and theoretical system on the cheerleading, also to make theoretical reference for our contriver's healthy and sustainable development of the cheerleading. Based on the finding of research, draw the following conclusion:Firstly, the aesthetic characteristics of cheerleading including the individuality beauty, display the beauty of slogan and music, highlight the beauty of team spirit and coordinate with equipment, performance the beauty of clothing, asperses the beauty of posture, reflect the beauty of modeling and create difficult enterprise.Secondly, cheerleading should have the function of developing students following abilities, such as the appreciation and experience of beauty, aesthetic taste, the expression and creativity of beauty and the function of shaping the perfect personality of a student. Mainly through physical education and sports training to implement aesthetic education for students, teachers, use methods like teaching knowledge, setting action and explaining inwards, multimedia assisting, training in art means and optimizing teaching environment in different ways and means of aesthetic education to students in universities.Thirdly, for the cheerleading coaches, they don't attach the importance of carry out the aesthetic in the cheerleading. Affect the effect of implementation of aesthetic education to students including teaching contents, teaching methods and means of a single, lack of beautiful factors.Fourthly, for students, although they have certain ability of appreciating beauty, their development of appreciation ability is not balanced. Besides, the venues and equipment and other material conditions of cheerleads can't meet the needs of teaching and training.Fifthly, aesthetic educations in cheerleading countermeasures are implemented: strengthening the training of teachers'aesthetic knowledge, reasonable arrangement for the cheerleading of teaching and the training contents, reasonable use of teaching methods and means and the teachers'example power to the student implementation aesthetic education, etc.Making suggestion to the aesthetic on movement of cheerleaders'teaching and training: Firstly, cheerleading in college should increase the publicity campaign, set up cheerleading program, and form the cheering squad group, so that more students can participate in cheerleading to experience to charm of cheering squad.Secondly, relevant departments should organize more teachers to participate in the cheering squad's training and communicating activities more times, they can together salve problems emerging in the teaching and research effectively; through learning from and communicating with each other in order to improve the quality of teaching and research capabilities better.Thirdly, enhance the training of teachers'appreciation on aesthetic quality.Fourthly, teachers should be based on the students'actual situation, choice reasonable teaching content, add some basic aesthetic adding or aesthetic knowledge in the teaching. What's more based or student's motor skills different stages, teachers can propose different aesthetic requirements in cheerleading teaching and training.
