Cheerleading is a new sport art movement project,which embodies the positive team spirit and vitality of youth movement,combines varieties of artistic form and elements.It is a kind of artistic,dynamic,athletic sports,which is consistent with the energetic characteristics of physical and mental development of primary and middle school students.It opens a window for students to explore the beauty,and cultivate students' aesthetic cognitive ability at the same time,since its plurality of performing styles and unique artistic features.Cheerleading teaching activities cater for national policy guidelines under the situation that our country strongly advocates to strengthen and improve the school aesthetic education.As a perfect model of the combination of sport and art,it has aesthetic value in the teaching of primary and secondary schools.This paper takes the aesthetic education function and the aesthetic practice in cheerleading teaching of the primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia as the research object,the paper uses a variety of study methods such as literature study,logical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis.It based on aesthetic theory and art theory,focuses on the angle of artistic beauty to analysis the external form and internal spirit connotation of Cheerleading performance.This paper also combines the aesthetic value of Cheerleading teaching with the teaching situation of the elementary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia.The following conclusions can be drawn according to the research results:1.The essence of Cheerleading aesthetic value is that Cheerleading emerges profound ideological connotation through colorful art forms,students profoundly affected by the spiritual strength of cheerleading while enjoying the beauty.2.The aesthetic elements of Cheerleading include the beauty of music selection,the beauty of action form,highlight the beauty of slogan,the beauty of clothing and equipment,display the beauty of team spirit,individuality and creating beauty.3.The aesthetic function of Cheerleading teaching include: improving students' aesthetic ability,which meaning the abilities of aesthetic feeling,imagination and understanding;to cultivate students' artistic expression;to cultivate students' aesthetic appreciation;to cultivate students' aesthetic creativity;cultivate students' harmonious aesthetic personality in teamwork.4.The special function of Cheerleading aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the performance of the aesthetic function of national characteristics of cheerleading,which helps students aesthetic cognition of the national culture,but also in the process of expression of national culture in the influence of aesthetic emotion of ethnic culture themselves,the love from the heart of the national culture,national culture found beauty,enhance national cultural pride.5.There are differences in professional level of Cheerleading among coaches in Inner Mongolia primary and secondary schools,and the overall ability of Cheerleading aesthetic education needs to be improved.
