With the gradual development of education, private education began more and more concerns of the community. "China Education Reform and Development Program" clearly states: "Education is the hope for the future, and teachers is the hope for education." Therefore, the management of private school teachers plays a vital role in the school's stability and development. Private secondary schools in nearly 30 years of development which the teacher's management of accumulated some experience, but there are still many problems and deficiencies, and build a reasonable structure, full of energy, the relative stability of private teachers, a very important practical significance.This article is in line with the concept of a harmonious society, through investigation and analysis, combined with management of Chengdu S status of private secondary school teachers found that management of private secondary schools has many issues. It provided corresponding recommendations and measures to solve these problems. Hope that through this research, the conclusions drawn proven valuable for Chengdu and even the practice of private secondary schools to provide assistance to even more impressive to do a private education, but also for education authorities and policy makers to provide some basis for management and reference views.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter pointed out the purpose and significance of issues, domestic and international current research and theoretical basis of this article. The second chapter is a private secondary school teacher give an overview of management, including analysis and interpretation of the private management of schools and teachers to the concept that a private school and public high schools in the differences between teacher management issues, but also of drawing on foreign teachers in private secondary schools Management. The third chapter discusses the management of private status of teachers in secondary schools and private secondary schools in Chengdu S an example, the profile of S school, understand the basic situation of teacher management, from analysis of the Private School Teachers in the Management of problems. The fourth chapter on the Management of Private School Teachers of the problem, mainly from the concept level, system level and operational level analysis and description of three aspects. The fifth chapter is the focus of this article, introduces middle school teachers improve the management of Private Strategies, the reason for problems in three dimensions, some effective approaches, including: change management concepts, strengthen theoretical research; building management system; create a harmonious environment, the implementation of human management.This article is based on the research process mainly composed by the following methods: 1. Literature study. Through accessing a large number of relevant literatures, the author formed its own perspective. Some of the existing literature provides some evidences also. 2. Comparative method. Private and Public secondary school compared to domestic and international comparison of private secondary schools, then summarize some of the measures of teacher management. 3. Empirical analysis. Take this analysis to investigate the current management of Chengdu, S Private teachers, to analyze the reasoning that, to prove the text view.
