With the further development of reform and opening up and the innovation of modern education system,the fostering function of education resources in the social from all walks of life are fully exert and use,the development of private schools an opportunity comes,in the education system of education in private schools to promote the development of the objective conditions,the national a series of policies,such as stipulated in the student employment,teachers of labor security shall support.General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang have repeatedly stressed and discussed vigorously developing vocational education and supporting the development of private vocational education.The level of vocational happiness of teachers in private schools directly affects their positive work attitude and the reasonable allocation and operation of human resources in private schools.Therefore,how to improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of teachers in private schools and alleviate their job burnout has become an important part of human resource management.Based on this,this paper intends to take several private secondary vocational schools in Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province as the object of study by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview research and other methods to explore countermeasures to improve the happiness of private secondary vocational teachers.Specifically speaking,this paper studies and analyzes the status quo of vocational happiness of private secondary vocational school teachers through three research methods.According to the research,the problems of vocational happiness of teachers in private secondary vocational schools are as follows: it is difficult to find a sense of professional identity,to establish a sense of professional achievement,to have a sense of belonging to a career,and to maintain professional enthusiasm.Through the analysis of the above problems,through literature research,a large number of literature reading,careful induction and extraction,based on the current situation,the author believes that the reasons for the low professional happiness of teachers in private secondary vocational schools are asfollows: 1.2.The school fails to establish a good school organization environment;3.Private teachers have few promotion opportunities and their living environment is worrying;4.The vocational faith of teachers in private secondary vocational schools is not firm enough,and their vocational values need to be improved.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,combined with the check data,questionnaire and interview research results,and further on the field survey,zaozhuang of shandong province private secondary vocational school teachers put forward promote the countermeasure of private secondary vocational school teachers’ professional happiness: 1.The social level,do a good job in supervision and management of secondary vocational school,give full recognition,and constantly improve the strength of secondary vocational teachers’ care,etc.;2.At the school level,optimize the teacher evaluation mechanism,establish and improve the salary management system,provide effective career planning and management,and strengthen the construction of the teacher team;3.At the individual level,teachers should enhance their professional concept and constantly improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality.This paper hope through analyzing the current situation of private secondary vocational teachers’ professional happiness of zaozhuang and problem is put forward,to improve the teachers’ work enthusiasm,to further promote private secondary vocational school education quality and benefit,enhance private secondary vocational teacher’s education teaching ability,the scientific innovation ability,improve the private schools teachers’ professional happiness has a valid reference.
