With the rapidly development of science and technology, professions and posts are further divided with obviously shortened update period and the higher requirements for labor. Not only the professional skills, but also noble professional ethics, ideological and political quality are required for the labor. Vocational schools are the very place to educate initial and medium technical personnel for manufacturing, thus, when strengthening professional skills education, more attentions should be paid to moral education.Based on the background above, taking moral education of students in vocational schools as reference, this paper discusses a series of problems about moral education construction in vocational schools. The purpose is to consider the characteristics of vocational school moral education development, deeply analyze the present status and major problems exist by documents analysis, investigation and statistics analysis, interview and other methods, to suggest corresponding measures.First of all, this paper introduces the study background of vocational school moral education, the reasons to choose moral education as subject, general description of study status at home and abroad, and a briefly introduction of study methods. The second paragraph states the importance of vocational school moral education. The third paragraph, by analyzing questionnaire survey of Xinzhou Vocational High School,Wuhan Tourism School,Medical School of Hubei Province,analyzes and states the main problems exist in vocational school moral education and causes, introduces the basic condition of present vocational school moral education problems, fully study and conclude the characteristics of vocational school moral education, deeply analyze and summary the disadvantages exist in moral education. The fourth paragraph suggests measures and considerations to improve vocational school moral education problems. Based on present condition of moral education, this paper looks for measures against vocational school moral education problems from school education idea, method, management system, moral education teaching staff construction and other aspects. The fifth paragraph summarizes the analysis and process of argumentation in this paper.
